Do you have a physical store?

We operate as E-commerce only. So we do not have any physical store as of now. All our items are sourced internationally.

When will I receive an order confirmation email after placing the order?

You will receive the order confirmation email immediately just after placing your order.
If you don’t receive that email, please check your Spam folder and see if you can locate it (Please mark “Not as Spam” to receive the emails directly into your Inbox).

How do I track my order?

You will receive Track order link inside the order confirmation email to track your order. 
You can also track order on our website. Just scroll down on the website and click on "track your order" link under "Guide" Section.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Indian Shipping Carriers for shipment deliveries.

What is estimated time of delivery for the products?

In general, you will receive your item within the chosen shipping time frame ( 3-6 Business days/ 5-9 Business days). We expedite the deliveries of such products as soon as we receive them from the sellers.

Can I request for a copy of the order invoice to my email ID?

Yes, you can contact with customer service team and they will provide you order invoice immediately.

What are the shipping and customs charges?

Shipping charges depends upon the products' weight, size and dimensions. You can check the available shipping options and their charges on the second step of the checkout.
Customs charges can be seen on the final step of the checkout.

Do you have cash on delivery/Bank transfer payment options?

Currently, Cash on delivery/Bank transfer payment options are not available. Same will be available in near future.


What if I received the defective/damaged/wrong product and would like to return it?

Please feel free to contact our customer care team to get more details on how to proceed with the issue.

Are shipping fees refundable if I return my product?

If you received a damaged/defective/wrong product, it is our responsibility and we will refund complete amount along with shipping fees. 
If you would like to cancel your order for any personal reasons, in that case:
i. If the shipment has been created/processed from the seller: Partial shipping fees will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded. 
ii. If the shipment has not been created/ processed by the seller: Full refund will be processed. 
Note: If the shipment left for your country, we cannot cancel your order.

What is the time frame by which refunds will reflect in the customer account?

The refund will reflect into your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (depending on your card issuer’s policies) once initiated.


How do I cancel my order?

Once you have made your order and want to cancel, please get in touch with our customer service team for further details.
Based on the status of the shipment, the customer service team will advise the customer.

Do we charge anything extra because of the difference in currency?

We do not charge anything extra apart from the shipping and customs charges. Your bank may charge for the difference in currency as the transaction amount will take place from your account.

What online payment methods are accepted in the different countries?

Available payment options are shown for each country in the bottom of the home page of website. You can also find the same on the third step of the checkout.

How do I know you work in secure Ecommerce environment?

All the payment transaction pages are secured by approved SSL certificates.
SSL Certificate can be verified SSL Certificate provideder. All our payment transactions are done on the provider website, which are well known and authorized providers.

What methods are used to prevent fraud?

All the products are delivered to customers on providing the online invoice generated after successful payment.
All the delivery addresses are recorded in the order history and verified before delivery by our respective departments.
If system detected any transaction as fraud, we verify transaction by taking some details from buyer and if authentication failed in verification then the transaction will be cancelled and refunded within 7 working days.

Does the customer have to pay any extra cash to the delivery man while receiving the order?

No, the customer needs not to pay any extra cash to the delivery man. Once you paid online then you do not need to pay anything offline. 
However, if the delivery man refuses to give you the shipment without any payment, please contact our customer care team immediately to help you with this issue.
