Huawei has just announced that the company will bring another smartphone with four cameras under its Honor brand. The company has previously released a smartphone called Honor 9i which brags dual cameras at the front as well as the rear end. The upcoming smartphone with four cameras will be launched by end of this month.
The second quad-core camera smartphone in Honor is expected to flaunt some unique design aspects and features. The company has revealed that the upcoming Huawei mobile will boast a glass unibody design. As the phone is said to be launched this month, more details about the upcoming mobile are expected to appear via rumours and leaks.
As mentioned earlier, Honor is about to offer a sleek unibody build out of glass. This will provide a mirror-like finish to the device. Such finishing was previously seen on the Apple iPhone X, Honor 8, and Honor 9.
While teasing Honor’s upcoming smartphone with four cameras, the company also assured that the phone will be launched in an affordable segment. We could expect the price of this phone to be similar as that of the Honor 9i. To recall, the Honor 9i was launched at a price of Rs 17,999 in India. It was the first smartphone to come with four cameras in India.
Also, the Honor 9i was the first smartphone in Honor to have a FullVision display. The phone has a dual camera setup on the front containing 13MP and 2MP sensors. The selfie camera setup is assisted by a selfie tone flash which provides defused lighting effect while taking photographs. At the rear, there is dual camera setup as well comprising 16MP and 2MP sensors.
Coming to the specifications, the Honor 9i packs an in-house Kirin 659 octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage and an option to extend storage further using a microSD card. The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS powered by EMUI 5.1 skin. A 3340mAh battery completes the package.
